In the meantime, Ali Maju restaurant also delivered lunch packs sponsored by the Istana Negara.
A variety of facilities are also provided including surau, mobile toilets and media tents.
Yesterday, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah also donated food to media practitioners and ordered to provide facilities for media practitioners during coverage.
Media practitioners began gathering at the grounds of gates one and two, Istana Negara since last Monday to report on the current developments related to the results of the 15th General Election (GE-15).
As of 12 noon today, there was no glimpse of a vehicle carrying the leader of a political party to meet the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah.
Istana Negara continues to be in the spotlight when a coalition of political parties agreed to submit the name of a member of the Dewan Rakyat who has the confidence of the majority to be the candidate for the 10th Prime Minister to the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, before 2pm this afternoon.
The party leaders are expected to be called to appear for His Majesty to get his own certainty from them about the position of the coalition of the party bloc.-MESSENGER
