Muhyiddin returned to his residence in Bukit Damansara

PETALING JAYA: Perikatan Nasional (PN) chairman, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin returned to his residence in Bukit Damansara here after more than 30 minutes at Istana Negara.

Muhyiddin who arrived at about 5.15pm had time to wave to the media practitioners who were waiting there.

Earlier, Muhyiddin was ordered to appear before the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah at Istana Negara at 4.30pm this afternoon.

Apart from him, also called to appear was the Chairman of Pakatan Harapan (PH), Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

It follows that no member of the Dewan Rakyat got the trust of a simple majority to be appointed as the 10th Prime Minister. – MESSENGER
